NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS OR CANCELATIONS, SINCE THE CLUB IS A NON-PROFIT RUN BY VOLUNTEERS.
ANY CANCELATIONS ARE APPRECIATED AND WILL ALLOW SOMEONE ON THE ELECTRONIC WAITLIST TO ATTEND.
ONLINE REGISTRATION & COST:
Online registration starts 3 weeks prior to the event and closes at 6:00 pm on the Wednesday before the event. Those on the waitlist who are successful will move to registered status by 6.00pm Thursday - please check your status on Motorsportreg.com at that time. The registration link will be posted here, when available.

ONSITE REGISTRATION & COST:
There will be no on-site registration day of the event.
SIGN-IN:
Everyone at the event must sign the electronic or paper waiver(s) and receive a wrist band as confirmation (8:00-9:00a)
TECH INSPECTION:
All participant vehicles must pass the Tech Inspection located on-site. Please have your car emptied (including floor mats), numbers applied, unlocked, hood open, and trunk open for the inspectors (begins at 8:00am, end at 9:00 am).
WORKER ASSIGNMENTS:
All participants are required to work during runs when they are not driving. The assignments will be posted on the van before the meetings.
CLEAN UP SPOTS ARE OVERSUBSCRIBED FOR THIS EVENT - If you would prefer to stay 30 minutes after the last car has run to help load the van with cones instead of working during runs, please email autox@lscbmwcca.org. We will have up to 3 spots available.
NOVICE MEETING:
8:30am followed by a course walk-through
It is MANDATORY to attend this meeting if this is your first time out with our club.
DRIVER’S MEETING:
9:00am
All drivers are REQUIRED to attend this meeting.
FIRST CAR ON COURSE (9.30am)
We have 5 runs in the morning 10 total runs per driver provided the schedule allows! Everyone drives both morning and afternoon sessions.
LUNCH (Around 12.30pm)
After the morning runs, we will take a 45-60 minute lunch break (on your own). Options nearby are Golden Chick, Whataburger, Subway, Popeyes, Burger King.
